Vintage 50s La France Poodle Purse
This fabulous vintage black felt purse by La France dates to the 50s. It features two be jeweled poodles made of black and white glass beads. Both poodles are sitting up to bet a better look at the red butterfly that is applied to the opposite end of the purse front. The interior is lined in red felt with one zippered pocket and a smaller double comb/mirror pocket that bears the La France name. A terrific accessory for Viva Las Vegas!
Measures 14" wide by 9" tall and approximately 2.5 to 3" deep. The overall condition is very good with one small break in the felt at the right front edge near the bottom as pictured. The handle needs to be shaped but is not broken, cracked or weak in any way.
