Made by Scott & Co. of Old Bond Street, Piccadilly for William C. Bullitt (WCB) who was US Ambassador to Russia from 1933 - 1936 and Ambassador to France from 1936 - 1940. Measuring 22.75" inside circumference.
Silk plush is in very good condition but since it has been stored in the family summer home for years, it would benefit from professional cleaning and brushing.
