1920s Flapper Day Dress
This is one of the best chiffon flapper dresses that I've ever had the pleasure of offering! Like new condition, this dress couldn't have been worn more that a time or two. The chiffon is draped artfully in layers over the attached yellow silk slip that is trimmed at the hemline with the striped chiffon. The scarf that is attached at the back neckline can be worn in any number of ways as you can see. There is a chiffon tie at the dropped waist line and an attached panel of chiffon in the front that hangs freely to the hemline. The dress is made up of the solid yellow silk for the slip with tow or three layers of chiffon over that. The effect is ethereal! Side closure on both the slip and the dress. There is slight underarm discoloration on the slip but it is not noticeable from the outside and there is no discoloration or deterioration on the chiffon.
